4. We will send you a direct debit registration form. If you want to become forest patron and do not have a printer or simply prefer that we send the form to you, call 070-648 47 89 or send us an e-mail with your name, address, phone number, e-mail and social security number to us at insamling@naturarvet.se.
You can, of course, also send a letter in which you have already filled in the information on our form and your own personal data, in which you state in your own words that you authorize Insamlingsstiftelsen Naturarvet to deduct a certain amount from your bank account each month by direct debit. Remember to include all information including your social security number and bank account and Naturarvets address, organization number and bankgiro and to sign.
