Natural Heritage's work to protect Iglekärrs old-growth forest has reached the final of an international competition for conservation projects. The project with the most votes will receive €30,000. All you have to do to increase Natural Heritage's chances of winning is to click below and vote. Voting will take place between 14 and 28 March. Maybe it will be your click that decides the competition and makes Naturarvet the winner!

The competition is organised by the European Outdoor Conservation Association (EOCA), a trade association that brings together nearly a hundred outdoor businesses across Europe, which donate money each year to EOCA, which in turn distributes it to conservation projects around the world. Naturarvet and Iglekärrs old-growth forest is one of six projects selected from over fifty applications!
The competition is run together with a number of outdoor life and nature magazines, including the German-language magazine NORR - das Skandinavien-Magazin. Every year NORR donates money to Naturarvet to preserve Swedish old-growth forests.
Naturarvet was nominated for the competition by Klättermusen, a Swedish manufacturer of outdoor clothing and equipment.
