Perhaps a long-awaited vacation is just around the corner? While we humans enjoy lazy days during this time of year, the old-growth forest is full of life and movement. There's a buzz, a chirp and, in the distance, the sound of old trees being chopped. The scent of sun-warmed bark mixes with damp earth, and there is movement under every stone and tree limb.
We thank all of you who donated forest plots, water lilies, tree hugs and more from forest shop to your loved ones this spring. Your gifts mean everything. And to those of you who have tried but failed to complete your purchase, we are deeply sorry, and now hope that our technical problems that we have suffered over the past month will be over.
