Imagine yourself sitting in a sunny wooded hillside, sheltered under the crown of a magnificent tree. You rest against its trunk and look out over the beautiful old-growth forest. And you know that you have contributed to protect this particular tree and its immediate surroundings. Now you can "buy" your own umbrella tree in Solliden! An umbrella tree is a large tree that is easy to recognise in the forest. Around the tree we have circled a radius larger than the tree and therefore by protect the tree you are protecting a piece of forest that is also home to many other plants and animals. The tree becomes a care tree for this piece of forest. And you preserve the care tree. When you "buy" an umbrella tree, you get the coordinates* of the tree, which are shown on the map below. You will receive a unique gift certificate and different photos of the tree, a spherical (360°) photo**, a fish-eye (180°) photo and a wide-angle photo. With the spherical photo you can see what it looks like to stand under the tree and look around in all directions and angles, you can look up at the crown too.

To "buy" an umbrella tree, do this:

1. Choose one (or more) trees from the list below (look for yellow trees in the map below).
2. To make your reservation, please send an email with the title "Order Umbrella Tree" to lo@naturarvet.se. Include the name(s) of the person(s) to be on the gift certificate and if there is a recipient and a sender.
3. You will receive a reply email with instructions on how to pay.
4. Once you have paid for the gift, we will change the colour of the tree on the map to green and send you an email or link to high-resolution photos of the tree and a gift certificate.
5. The gift will be registered in our collection for Solliden. Please indicate if you wish to remain anonymous and if you wish to leave a comment.
