New Umbrella Trees in Skarnhålans old-growth forest

There are now 12 new umbrella tree i Skarnhålan old-growth forest. You can now become the proud "owner" of one of these unique trees and thus protect the tree and an area around it forever. The first one is already tagged and sponsored by Sara Bergmark Elfgren. She received The White Reindeer Award and matched the prize money with a gift of 30 000 SEK to Naturarvet. The umbrella tree is a pine and is called "Vita Renen". 3,000 square meters of land around Vita Renen is now protected forever Thank you thanks to the gift.

• p27 Kant-ekarna - Heavy oaks below a steep slope at the edge of the old-growth forest - 707^m2
• p28 Rock spruce - Standing alone on a rock with beautiful lichens - 314^m2
• p29 Group Spruce Hug - A group of large spruces that embrace you when you stand in their midst - 314^m2
• p30 Tree-mix - A group of pine, spruce, aspen and a dead dry pine plus a pick of dead wood - 314^m2
• p31 Big-leaved aspen - Its top rises above the other trees - 314^m2
• p32 Svällebäcken 1 - Not a tree but you become a sponsor of 30 m of a stream and its surroundings - 707^m2
