We would like to thank you for the great support for this collection. Together, 254 donations have resulted in 95 124 SEK, which will be earmarked for an area old-growth forest corresponding to about an American football field with side area. We will update with more information when an area has been earmarked. Please continue to contribute to the collection, so that an even larger area old-growth forest can be preserved for all time in Anders' memory.

Anders' presence was felt. Not only through his physical stature but also through the joie de vivre he spread around him. He loved nature, sports, food, friends and family. He had poise and a loving heart. The forest was with him from childhood and he then shared it with the love of his life through long walks in the forest. He was strong, brave and loving to the end. Thank you Anders that we got to share life with you.

In memory of Anders, those closest to him would like memorial donations to be collected to earmark an area in Svartsundets Old-growth Forest. Imagine giving him his own forest where he can just be on his own! This area will be preserved forever by Naturarvet and can be visited by anyone who wants to remember Anders in nature.

All donations collected will together be earmarked as an area equivalent to 80 square meters per thousand kronor in Fågelskärsuddens old-growth forest on Gräsö in Roslagen. You can see where the area is located on a map here.
