Naturarvet is for anyone who wants to make a concrete contribution to protect old forests worthy of protection in Sweden. The foundation was registered on January 15, 2004, under the name Ett klick för skogen. The foundation is not for profit and has a 90-account which guarantees that collected funds are not burdened by unreasonable costs and that at least 75% is used for the purpose. The Foundation's structure and statutes guarantee that forests purchased by the Foundation are protected in perpetuity.
The fundraising foundation Naturarvet collects money from the public, companies, other organizations and authorities to buy old-growth forests worthy of protection in order to protect red-listed species, preserve biodiversity and otherwise promote outdoor life, tourism and research. Go to our home page to see current projects and how you can contribute Naturarvet. Look under the tabs "Give a gift" and "Preserve forest" for different ways to contribute to Natural Heritage's protection of Sweden's last old-growth forests.
