Thank you for your gift to Naturarvet! 

The Natural Heritage Memorial Collection "Andreas' glade", was created at the request of Andreas Stansvik's parents in collaboration with the undersigned.

Many people found a way to express their support for the family and to honor Andrea's memory. I Sollidens old-growth forest he found, among other things, the red-listed rare bird's foot moss, which makes this place particularly suitable as a memorial site.

Thanks to all the donations that have poured in, Andrea's glade has grown to be 2 hectares old-growth forest will be protected in perpetuity. This will happen when Naturarvet hopefully within a few months can complete the collection for Solliden's total of 13 hectares and get a title deed to the land.

The collection is still open for donations and will remain so for a long time to come. Due to a relocation of the database and the fundraising page, it has changed location and design and you can find it at this link.

Even after the fundraising for Solliden is complete and the forest has been protected, it will still be possible to leave gifts here. Those donations will then go towards a fundraising effort to protect another beautiful old-growth forest.

Andreas' next of kin would like to thank you for all the beautiful words of remembrance and condolences and will mark a place in Solliden with a memorial plaque.
